Anniversary

This month hubby and I celebrated our anniversary. Despite being so time-strapped, I wanted to make him a card. I had this cute silhouette die in my stash and decided this was a good time to use it.

Our wedding colors were yellow and orange and so I used a yellow card base and cut an orange circle. I used an oval die to cut the green “hill”. I cut the couple out of black glitter cardstock and also out of the sun so that I could inlay them.

While I inlayed the couple into the sun, their feet are not inlayed into the hill. I filled the heart with red glitter glue and added a sentiment strip.

I inserted the card into a coordinating envelope and despite the simple design, it was still a hit.

General supplies:
Paper studio cardbase with coordinating envelope
Orange and green cardstock

Black glitter cardstock
Red glitter glue
