The Bus Stop

The bus stop! Don’t we all have memories of a bus stop we once stood at often in our lives? This project is my DT inspiration for the new Colour Crazy Challenge. Our sponsor is Dr Digi House of Stamps and I just had to work with this image called Bus Stop Bunch. The theme is Anything Goes as long as you have hand coloring on your project.

So this time I opted to print the image onto a darker paper. I had bought a large sheet of Canson Mi Tientes tobacco paper on sale, so I cut it into 8.5×11 inch pieces so I could print on it. I printed the image out and then colored it with my Prismacolor colored pencils. The detail on the folks standing there makes it such a fun image to color.

Once completed, I trimmed the image down and adhered it to a light green cardbase. I created the sentiment on the computer, printed it out and trimmed the sections down to banner size.
We look forward to seeing your colored projects over at the Colour Crazy Challenge blog. You have 2 weeks to enter.
