Chilly Season’s Greetings

Today I have a card to share with you for the mid-time sponsor at Rabisco Challenge blog. Our sponsor is Cute As A Button Digistamps and I got to work with North Pole.

I wanted to go for a predominantly white-on-white card here with only the digi being in color and so I printed it out onto Canson C’ a Grain Drawing paper in a square measuring 3 and 5/8 inches. I colored her with my Prismacolor colored pencils and some gel pen and then cut the square out. I created a scalloped background on white cardstock with my Silhouette in a square of 5 inches which I adhered to a 5.5 inch square cardbase. I cut two snowflakes from white cardstock and adhered all the layers together. The sentiment is stamped onto black cardstock with Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I then added it to the card with foam tape.

I completed my card with a single “snowflake” element from a yardage of embellishments, adhered with Glossy Accents.
We look forward to seeing your makes over in the Rabisco Challenge. The theme is always Anything Goes with the inclusion of some form of haberdashery.

  1. Monica your card is stunning, beautifully colored digistamp, so pretty and loving the colors and her polar bear is adorable. Your diecut background and snowflakes are perfect for your card, just beautiful, hugs, Lori m

  2. Love your coloring. This is done so beautifully. I recently bought quite a few digis from Cute as a Button. I really like the religious theme images they have. I thought they would be great to use for my grand kids. Unfortunately, most are for girls, but I was able to get some bot themed digis.
