Colored teacups

I am back today with a project that has a focal point colored with my pencils. I love this image from The Paper Shelter and so decided it was time to color it up.

I sized and printed the image out through Silhouette Studio as I knew I want to cut it out when it was colored. I printed it onto Canson C’ a Grain Drawing paper and colored it with my Prismacolor colored pencils. Once it was colored, I returned it to the Silhouette and cut it out.
The card panel is created with an Altenew 3D embossing folder and glued to a top-folding A2 cardbase. I then added the teacups to the bottom edge of the cardpanel with liquid glue after running a marker along the edge of the cutout.

I completed the card with a stamped sentiment strip and a die cut from a PinkFresh Studio die set. I had created shadows for all of the words in this die set and then cut the word out of Altenew double sided adhesive and added teal foil to the adhesive. The foiled sentiment is a lovely touch to the card.
